Emerson Exchange was held this year at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center, Grapevine, TX on Sept 30th – Oct 4th, 2013. Over 350 workshops were hosted over a three day period. In addition, on the last day of Emerson Exchange, a small number of Meet the Expert workshops were presented. This year the Emerson Exchange board hired a professional media company to make a video recording of the workshops nominated for best in track and also to video tape selected Meet the Expert workshops. Over the next six months these video recording will be released on the Emerson Exchange 365 web site. These video recording are being made publically available in the General Discussions section of the Emerson Exchange 365 web site. A recent posting of one of these videos is shown in the following screen capture.
Both the quality of the videos recording and the content of the workshop presentations are simply outstanding. Thus, I think these videos will be well received. A good example is the video shown above: Emerson’s PeakVue Technology Detects Faulty Bearing at OMIFCO, Preventing Costly Downtime.
